RALEIGH, NC – Privately-held Hosted Solutions, a Raleigh, N.C.-based provider of managed hosting and data center services, announced the acquisition of Boston Datacenters, Inc., a leading data center provider with headquarters in Charlestown, Massachusetts.
The acquisition expands geographic data management options for Boston Datacenter’s customers, and also brings Hosted Solutions, one of the fastest growing managed service providers on the east cost, into the Boston area. Hosted Solutions, which also runs three SAS 70 Type II certified data centers in Charlotte, Cary and Raleigh, NC, will continue to provide managed hosting and colocation services to Boston Datacenter customers, offering dedicated servers, managed storage, managed load balancing, business continuity, and managed security services.
